Consent to the processing of personal data authorized by the subject of personal data for dissemination

7. I may withdraw the Consent at any time, in any form. I may request the Operator to stop the transfer of Personal Data to recipients as provided in this Consent, as well as revoke the Consent in whole or in part.

A request to the Operator may be submitted in person by providing a written inquiry to the Operator’s representative or by sending a written inquiry by mail to the Operator’s address, and must include information about the person making the request (full name and contact details previously provided in the Consent), a description of the subject of the request (full or partial withdrawal of Consent; request to stop the transfer of specific Personal Data with an indication of the relevant data), the date of the request, and the signature of the person making the request.
A corresponding request can also be sent via email to privacy@ptsecurity.com.
